Resident at 1116 Clarendon Ave SW claims the City is paying a neighbor to mow parcel 203717 (1120 Clarendon Ave SW), but they will not mow next to her garage, which is supposedly part of the county-owned parcel.

She had car next to her garage that was taken since it was on county land, and now the grass that was beneath the car is not being cut along with the rest of the grass.
