    the new townhomes are watering the sidewalk so pedestrians and bikes using the path around the roundabout are sprayed with water. request that the city make property owner adjust sprinklers so they are not wasting water and are not impedeing pedestrian and bicycle use of the sidewalk by spraying them with water.
