vacant residence is not secure and kids are going inside. the residence has been vacant for a few years according to neighbors. residence needs to be boarded up.

Terry Sanford High School needs flashing lights to be erected and activated during times of school zone speed limits. Drivers are not noticing the signs and tend to speed more in this school zone than in the elementary school zone down the road that has the flashers. I think flashing lights would be beneficial for the crossing guards and students safety.
