    DESCRIPTION
I live on Glossy Ibis Court in Palm Harbor in the Dove Hollow sub-division.

The Company manages a “rental” property located at 3564 Dove Hollow Court, that backs up to my property has an “old” and deteriorated wooden fence that is on said property and is falling over towards “my” property and will very soon collapse onto my pool cage and plantings and cause “damage”!

I would like this “problem” to be fixed "as soon as possible” before it totally collapses and the “damage” is done!

The Company that manages the "rental" property is Invitation Homes. Their office is located at 5310 Cypress Center Drive, Suite 105 in Tampa, Florida 33609-1059. Their phone number is 813-257-0126 and the "contact" person is David Hardy.

NOTHING has been done to "Correct" the problem so far. Also the back of the house is totally overgrown with weeds and tree limbs and is disgusting!!

What am I paying taxes for if you will not do anything about this ongoing problem??

I personally met with Office Farland on 9.17.20 when she was her and the took photos and told me that the "owners" would be fined if it was NOT fixed in 30 days. It has been well over 30 days and still nothing has been done!!!!

Please contact said party to "fix" the problem "before" the damage is done!

    Thank you.

This has been going on for years and we are getting sick and tired of it! We want the County to FIX the problem! It started flooding at 6:50PM and didn't go down until 7:15PM. We have reported this for YEARS and if the County would just do something to stop the water coming down the street from Colonial Blvd by adding diverters or something to stop it, it would help. I also suspect that it is TIME to have the system checked and "cleaned" again!

It is slowly "destroying" our property values here on Glossy Ibis Court. Check your records for "all" past complaints! What are we paying taxes for anyway????

    Thank you.

On 2.11.20 I reported an issue with the above address. An Officer inspected the property and entered a complaint # CL20-00359. It noted that the "responsible" party is being notified of the code violation and asked for their cooperation to bring the property into compliance.

NOTHING has so far been done!

    Why?

    Thank you.

The owner of the property located at 3564 DoveHollow Court, Palm Harbor, Fl 34683, as listed at the Pinellas County Property Appraisers Office as: SRP SUB LLC, 8665 Set Hartford Drive, Suite 200, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255-7807, and the "registered agent" is listed as: The Corporation Trust Company, Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.

The house in question is a "rental" and the property is "Not" taken care of. It is totally overgrown on the sides and back of the house. The trees and plants are "overhanging" my property at 3547 Glossy Ibis Court and almost touching my neighbors house at 3555 Glossy Ibis Court. They are "sick", dying and diseased with Mistletoe, as examined by my personal arborist. The leaf drop and branch drops are a mess and destroying both our backyard lawns. Also the front of the house at 3564 Dove Hollow Court has vines growing across the front of the house on the garage door. It is dirty and many rodents and other garments are living in the "overgrowth". It is creating a mess in this otherwise well kept community.

The Pinellas county Building and Development Review Service Department has sent "two" letters to the "owners" in Arizona about the problem. The first on Jan 30, 2019 and the second on Dec 24, 2019. I was informed by them that hey have received "no response".

It is getting worse and as it is a "rental", the "registered owner" is responsible for the "upkeep" of the property. I turn to Code Enforcement for help in the matter as me and my neighbor are at "wits end"!

Please help and advise at your earliest convenience.

    Thank you.

Back on September 18, 2019, I reported a "sink hole" at the storm drain in front of my house (issue # 6498234). It was fixed in October. It has developed again and is about 2 feet deep! I tripped in it when cutting my lawn. I put a "red" flag at the spot so no children playing in the area will hurt themselves. This has happened "many" times in the past. Please "fix it" permanently this time, as it is a danger to anyone walking in the area.

    Thank you.

    MASSIVE FLOOD earlier today!!!!

Started at around 3:50PM and the water did NOT recede until 5:05PM!!!!

And this wasn’t even during a Hurricane!!!!!!

The water was about 10-12 INCHES DEEP and came up well OVER PAST the sidewalk and even up my DRIVEWAY!! After the rain slowed down it took about 45 MINUTES for it to finally drain away AND LEFT A REAL MESS!!

We need this fixed now - not later! We need HELP!!

    Thank you.

There is water seepage coming up from the edge of the valley curbs and also on sections of the street road surface itself, as it is broken and cracked in areas!

Maybe it is a water line leak?? Please have someone come to check it out as soon as possible!!

Another “sink hole” has developed at the storm drain inlet in front of my house. As the attached photo shows, I placed red flags around the area so no one might get hurt if they step in the area. I am especially worried about the neighborhood kids, who play ball in the street all the time.

The whole area around the “hole” is “very soft” and I also placed a 4 foot plastic pipe into it to see how “deep” it was and almost lost it! I estimate that the “hole” is around 4 - 5 feet deep and goes under the grass area surrounded by the red flags. This has happened many times before.

Also, there is water seepage coming up from the edge of the valley curbs and also on sections of the streets road surface itself!

The owner of the property at 3555 Glossy Ibis Court, Palm Harbor, fl 34683-2218, Mr. Jay H. Bauer, has not had the lawn cut in over a month. It is over 12 inches high in spots and many rodents are nesting in the high grass and weeds. It is dirty and not being taken care of creating a mess in the otherwise well kept community. The property is right next door to mine and the mess is starting to encroach onto my property. The owner rents the house and is responsible for its upkeep. He lives at 1538 Bass Blvd, Dunedin, Fl 34698-4340. Please make sure that this is taken care of before it gets any worse!

    Thank you.
