    There is a branch that looks like it is barely hanging and will fall soon. It is not huge (maybe 4-6” diameter) but could hurt someone. It is on private property, but hanging over sidewalk. It is difficult to see in photo, but I tried.

    Whenever it rains, even just a little bit like a few days ago, water collects at the curb from 336-400 Dwight. It takes a few days to evaporate and then leaves a horrendous decaying smell for weeks. There may be a drainage issue because it should not collect at the curb. This could also cause a mosquito breeding area. In the short term, I would like to request street cleaning to focus on this area and repeat to remove the smell. Hopefully cleaning will help, but it may need to be analyzed to improve draining. Thank you!

    Water from the rain on Monday is still pooled at my curb and along Dwight and had an unbearable stench. Can this be remedied? There is always a rain water issue here that doesn't have effective draining, but the smell (like something died) is new. Thank you!
