Sign Issue (Traffic or Street) ArquivadoBacon St & Lonsdale Ave Attleboro, MA, 02703, USA - AttleboroWe have requested numerous times to put up a school bus stop or children crossing sign. This seems like an ineffective way for my concerns to be heard. Who else can I talk to? We have nearly daily close calls with cars speeding. This is dangerous. What else can be done here? Thank you

Bacon St & Lonsdale Ave Attleboro, MA, 02703, USA - AttleboroFollowing up on a bus stop sign, speed limit sign, something, please. Cars fly up and down Bacon st. There is no indication of a bus stop. Twice a day, every day, it is nerve wracking wondering if cars will actually stop. (Yes, we call in the plates to those motorists that do not stop for the bus.)

117 Bacon St Attleboro, MA, 02703, USA - AttleboroHello Traffic department. Would it be possible to install a sign for the bus stop, or children crossing, to alert drivers on Bacon st to stop for the students when the bus has arrived? I have complained numerous times before about people speeding and driving like maniacs on Bacon st, and not stopping when children are crossing the road to get on or off the bus. Other parents and I call in the plates when people don't stop for the bus, but this is literally a tragedy waiting to happen. I hope a sign will alert drivers to slow down and be prepared to stop at this location when the bus comes by. Thank you for your time.

Tree/Overgrowth ArquivadoBacon St & Westminster Ave Attleboro, MA, 02703, USA - AttleboroHi there. After various neighbors asked about the overgrowth to be removed, since it was harboring critters and garbage, a few of us neighbors decided to clean it up ourselves. We separated the trash from the yard waste, all we ask is the city to remove the weed/tree/leaves debris. In piles along corner of Bacon st and Westminster. Thank you.

Sign Issue (Traffic or Street) ArquivadoBacon St And Lonsdale Ave Attleboro, Massachusetts - AttleboroHello there. The bus stop at Bacon and Lonsdale has become increasingly dangerous. People absolutely FLY up and down Bacon st, and at least twice a week, someone will not stop when the bus stops and as kids are about to cross the street. With many student deaths AT THEIR BUS STOPS in the news, this week alone, this is a potential tragedy that can be prevented in our city immediately. Our neighbors have written down plate #s of those that drive thru the bus stop, but there has been no other active assistance to curb speeders. Please advise.
