    Today I see it was closed, however it had NOT been emptied

    I like the Healthy Streets program and making Main Street one lane after Stadium makes sense and the right lane being right turn only is the perfect solution However the indicator that the lane is closed happens at the bottom of the hill and the space for turning right insufficient Both are causing hazardous situations and traffic congestion The closing of the lane should occur earlier so that drivers can see it and respond appropriately Secondly the longer length for right turns will reduce the impeding on the left lane as well
    Please make this wise decision better implemented for safety's sake!

    The people trimming the grass are stripping off the bark of many of the tress, please see the photos. I reported this before and I am sure this is why a few of the trees have already died. Why do they need to be trimmed so closely?
