    Did not do total pick up. Left bag of garbage. Also need shelf picked up. As far as I’m concerned, garbage and trash pickup service got worse. Drivers should notify their dispatcher the address of places that need addition facilities to get all garbage/trash picked up.

    Came home Monday to find someone else’s trash, garbage scattered across my yard. This stuff was not even mine! I picked it up but next time I will report it for y’all to come clean it up. If that new lowest bid driver can’t stop long enough to clean up his mess I don’t think we need him!

    Garbage not picked yesterday as scheduled nor taday, 7/16. I emptied my freezer decaying food into it thinking it would be picked Monday, 7/15. I need an after hours number to call when they mess up again, and they will. This is about my fifth complaint to them and they don't seem to care. They don't return calls till the next day! What can I do when I have a problem. Thanks to all city employees who have been so helpful. Today Operator #2 was very nice and helped me and got someone to call me. I forgot his name but he was very sympathetic . He was going to call Santek. I appreciate city employees like these and they should be commended.
