Car possibly abandoned in parking lot

This intersection needs a flashing pedestrian sign. People do not stop even when pedestrians are waiting. I have nearly been hit 2 to 3 times as I tried to step out and people would not stop. Extremely dangerous. Need a flashing sign like that on Atlantic in front of Jean Sweeney

Park lights are out. Please fix, the new lights were fabulous.

After 10 days of me calling repeatedly for a solution, this boat has finally sunk. Now what is going to happen? Wouldn’t it have been cheaper to take care of the problem before the ecological disaster this sunken boat is creating in this bay?
