Large piece of vehicle wreckage on boulevard East side of the street, just south of the McBride / Memorial intersection

Frustrating dropping off an EVO finding a the EVO dedicated spot so disrespected the offender parks in facing traffic

Parked backwards, in the EVO spot, second consecutive night

Smoking Debris: To the credit of FHA, last week, Memorial Park was power washed and cleaned throughout Much appreciated

The disrespect by smokers is disappointing

Please have a bylaw officer patrol periodically and enforce the city bylaw and posting in the park

The sprinklers in the park at the corner of Francis Way and East Royal have been running for at least 5 hours today
I'm guessing a faulty valve or programming / controller error
Not sure what the City's process is, most strata's at Victoria Hill have already blown their systems out and winterized

The recent cleaning and landscaping initiatives have been an improvement - much appreciated
One of the gravestones applied last year has fallen, photo attached

This tree was cut down by the City last summer, subsequently a request was made made in August 2021 to remove the stump The City responded it would be done shortly
That was 8 months ago, could we get it removed please?

Dangerous tree branch in the heritage trees on the South side of 22 East Royal
I put this in a few weeks ago and got a message it had been addressed It has not
This directly adjacent to a walking path and kids often play under these large trees
It should be addressed as soon as possible

Got a note that this challenge was addressed

City Arborist did remove the dead portion, but left a bit of an eyesore Hope that the base and stump will be removed shortly

Dangerous dead tree limb, risk to pedestrians

South side of The Lookout, dead tree limb is vertical and will fall at some point These are the large heritage Oaks, fairly close to the pedestrian walkway

This tree on the boulevard is completely dead, it's in a bit of a strange place, as a curb let down was poured after initial construction
After a safety review, it may be best to just remove it completely, it is quite close to the cross walk

The overgrown blackberry bushes have taken over a good portion of the pathway This is behind the William Rudd facility, just North of The Pavilion

The Walkway behind the William Rudd facility is used by many local residents. The walkway is being overgrown by blackberry bushes. Also, the fence is damaged from a previous wind storm and should be repaired. Thanks !

Car parked in the EVO spot, plus parked on the wrong side of the street. Troubling as this is a bus route and the car has to cross oncoming traffic when exiting. Licence plate JC0 41T

The City’s assistance having the developer complete this street light would be a safety improvement. Left now for 1 Year unfinished, the cement footing in the photo is a missing its pole and street light. There are lights on either side, and having a light on this very challenging corner would be of benefit.

This may be a responsibility of the developer, but this incomplete construction has been left for at least 2 months. Having the City’s assistance to complete would be appreciated.
