    Owner of property 2645 Flat Shoals Road is building a fence on the ROW to keep people from dumping on his property he did not have a permit but as you can see he is building it near a fire hydrant and he isn't aware of the set backs. I had stopped in this area because of the furniture debris dumped on the ROW. I informed Public works about the problem as well

    Worn out fence areas at base where dogs can stretch chain link and escape. I found about 3 or four of these areas. Also holes in the big dog area where a kid can run and injure themselves. Please fill holes up with some type of gravel. Tighten up locks on gates for the big dog and small dog areas

    Furniture dumped on Campbell Drive behind barricade which is now privately owned. as you can see a No trespassing sign. This is now a case for Code Enforcement. The guy that lives in the corner house to this street dumped it there because he has a another chair that is in his own dumpster container that you can see from the street. he is selling that house. Neighbor that resides next door to the barricade is distressed by this

    Red Jeep drove into cleared parcel of land owned by Anthony Long. Parcel number 130034LL1135. Address of owner is 1520 South Gordon Street, Atl Ga 30310. Please contact owner to secure his property of illegal dumpers. I caught this person in the red jeep trying to dump garbage on this land but when he saw me he jumped back into his jeep and hightailed it out of there. . Code has owners telephone number because owner had to get a permit to clear trees a year ago
