    During astronomical high tide events the street is flooding from waves over-washing the shoreline. All of the outfalls in this area have water coming up from the high tide as well.

    There should be a grate over this water run off on the pier. During storms mid managed waste can drain directly into the bay. I saw this first hand and reminded me of the plastic water bottle wave in the discovery center.

    The intersections leaving the Mahaffey are a complete nightmare. Walkers, two-way bicycle traffic, large right of ways, cars who think there is a stop sign, constant lane closures and now large potted plants obstructing your vision mix navigating out of the parking lot a huge problem.
