These tricycles were used by Parks for senior programs. Please call NHPD if spotted. The theft has been called in to NHPD and Parks is aware and working to re-secure Coogan.

Solution seems to require a Left Turn RED arrow from westbound Whalley/Fountain intersection to be installed in order to protect pedestrian activated crossing signal.
Also, crosswalk and stop bar need to be re-painted. -

Elm & Forest even safer. At a neighborhood meeting last November (2009), TT&P and Engineering were considering even more "controls" including signage, island, and striping. What is next and when? The intersection is being "upgraded" and the crossing point there to Phillip looks like it will be aligned better. However, the sidewalk work/ADA ramp has not been done yet. Please finish this up asap.

Cut & Kicked poles have to be removed by the Utility Company that owns them. Currently the City doesn't have much leverage to get these removed more quickly. I have been in touch with DPW about this issue, and perhaps in the future the City can apply more pressure to address this issue.
HOWEVER, the poles must be empty to be removed, and the CITY must remove their Street Lights and any Signage. Please report these issues so that the City can do it's part which is necessary before "Cut & Kicked" poles can be removed.
