Depressions/Potholes on S. 23rd Street Inilagay sa Artsibo518 S 23rd St Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA - Fitler Square
There are a series of depressions and potholes in the right lane of 23rd street from Pine Street south to South Street. This causes problems for not only cars, but bikes, which have to dodge these depressions or risk flipping/crashing their bikes. These depressions have been here for over a year.
With the Lombard and South bike lanes opening and the South Street Bridge reopening, it would be best to fix this before the onslaught of traffic comes in November.
