Trash on lawn Archived307 N Ashley St Ann Arbor, MI, 48103, USA - Ann ArborBeer cans are strewn about everywhere. This area looks unbelievably distressed looking as a result. I realize that eventually this site will be developed but why do we have to have this look like this until then ?

Construction Site Archived209 West Kingsley Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann ArborThe construction site at 213 West Kingsley St. has dug a trench about 5 feet down that is only about 12 inches away from my garage concrete footing. I'm worried that as a result the footing to my garage will disintegrate as a result of the freeze/thaw cycle.

Paint dumping into the street Archived213 W. Kingsley Street Ann Arbor Michigan - Ann Arbor
The painting crew at 213 West Kingsley Street condo project has paint that is dumping into the street headed to the storm outlet.
Also, they're working on a Sunday and I thought the ordinance did not allow for construction work on Sundays.

Driveway is blocked by Cement Truck Archived201-209 West Kingsley Street Ann Arbor Michigan - Ann Arbor
My driveway entrance - 209 West Kingsley St. is being blocked by the cement truck doing construction at 213 West Kingsley st. next door to me. It's happening for periods of 30-40 minutes multiple times today.
Now a van is trying to back up on West Kingsley St cause it can't get by, and traffic is backing up onto Main St.
A real safe way to do construction -

Recycle pickup missed twice Archived209 West Kingsley Street Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann ArborThis is now the second time this is happening. The recycling was not picked up on Friday November 14th, and again not picked up on Friday October 31st. Brenda at Recycle Ann Arbor said that maybe the driver actually has to get out of the truck to move the cart to enable the mechanical arm to pick up the cart. It has always been the case that the driver has to get out of the truck to move the cart to position it for the mechanical arm. This is nothing new, so there's no reason why the recycling service is failing to do the job that was always done before. Enclosed is a picture of the recycling cart sitting at the base of the driveway. I also noticed another home on North First Street where the recycling cart is also sitting on the street having not been picked up by Recycle Ann Arbor.
