Fire Hazard Archived79 Pleasant View Avenue Braintree, Massachusetts, 02184 - BraintreeHouse burnt beyond repair on Christmas 2020, It has not been touched in the 2 years since then and is an extreme hazard, eyesore, and danger to children who may want to play or "check it out". I do not think the owners are going to do anything with it as it is listed for sale. The town needs to require the owner of the building to tear it down as soon as possible. A vacant lot would be easier for the owner to sell.

Noise Ordinance Violation Archived14 Sterling Park Braintree, MA, 02184, USA - Braintree
violating Noise Ordinance 135-1102 Noise And Vibration Control
Music started playing at 3pm today on "14 Sterling Park" - it can be heard from 200feet away - my neighbor measured 103dB
Now, at 11:25pm music is still playing. The beat is brutal and intrusive. This behavior has been happening for a couple of years now - playing loud non-stop music in random days/hours, particularly in summer, a couple of days most of the weeks. Makes you feel like you live in a disco club. Timing indiscriminate, mornings, afternoons, etc.
These people seem to completely lack awareness of how disturbing this behavior is to their neighbors.
A bunch of my neighbors share the same concerns.
This is not acceptable!
Help appreciated. -
