On the 200 block of Buford place they have painted the street the width of their house 10' into the street

A new fence at the home on Vineville obstructs motorists views when turning from Beverly Place. This is a very dangerous situation - particularly for smaller cars and at night. A mirror that would allow drivers to see traffic traveling southeast on Vineville would be a big help.

3 way stop is needed. We have high volume of thru traffic. Many drivers speed down our street. This is hazardous to my children, neighbors and pets. Adding stop signs would greatly reduce this risk. Also adding a slow children at play sign or speed limit would be a great improvement.

RESIDENT IS REQUESTING FOR THE ALLEY LOCATED OFF CLISBY PLACE NEEDS TO BE SCRAPED. THIS ALLEY IS USED BY THE RESIDENT TO ACCESS THEIR DRIVEWAYS.

Please consider installing speed humps (e.g. Vineville Ave) on Clisby Pl. Most motorists are respectful of the neighborhood, but as a de facto thoroughfare we witness 50+mph speeders regularly. Or a stop sign at Ransome St (aka English Ave) might work, but I doubt it.

Home appears to be abandoned. The yard's grass and shrubbery are grossly overgrown, full trash cart has been sitting in the front yard for months. Neighbors have stated they believe the abandoned and unmaintained pool in the backyard is responsible for the noticeable increase of mosquitos. I have left messages regarding these concerns on the owner's voicemail with no response. Please assist ASAP.

In plastic container. Been there for about 2 months. I called 2-3 weeks ago, and was told that they are "behind" in pickups (even though they have picked up larger debris on my street twice during that time, and mine has been left both times!)

In the last several months, we have requested that you grade our alley. Recently the alley was only graded( about 15-20 feet) from Stonewall Place toward Holmes Avenue. This action was unexceptable. Due to improper grading when it rains, water runs into my yard and stands. I would appreciate your investigating this matter as the alley needs to be graded from totally from Stonewall Place to Holmes Avenue. It is a shame that a Alley such as ours can not be paved. Several years ago, this alley was to be paved and all owners had agreed to pay fee to have this done. If you can not pave this alley at least keep it properly graded.

Traffic mirror or red light that is on a sensor is needed. All residents on Beverly have to pull out onto Vineville blindly. There are also a lot of pedestrians. If you are looking left to pull out safely you may pull forward as a pedestrian is crossing Beverly Place from the left. Very dangerous. There have been several close calls that could have resulted in accidents.

I sit on my porch daily and see cars fly down my road even up to around 60 or more mph. I have a hearing impaired child that may not hear or see an oncoming vehicle speeding down our street. I have watched multiple times cyclist and skateboarders fly through the intersection and cars screeching to a stop or the kids from the children's home being kids hanging out and almost getting hit by the cars coming down Hines Terrace.
I have witnessed almost car accidents when on Mc Donald the cars have a stop sign and when they pull out after stopping the speeding cars just miss an accident.
A stop sign to make this a four way stop would highly benefit our neighborhood. Please make this happen.
