    Homeless encampment starting to form on corner of 73rd and Bancroft.

    We have very few green spaces in Oakland. Human waste will go into our waterways. This is blighting our community.

    This is not a sustainable solution for anyone.

    Here is another accident today 10/10/23 @12pm on same street Holly and 73rd, which 3-4 weeks ago 2 person dead on the way to church. Within a month 3 accident on 73rd Ave., I have notified to the city and opd. Nothing done to stop speeding on 73rd. I saw city or opd put some wires on the ground both directions on 73rd, that’s it. I have all the requests and pictures to asked to do something to stop speeding. The next step is send all this to the news for helps. By the way, 73rd Ave is a residential area and an elementary school. Not a highway.

    My neighbor 2 house down toward international auction about 20 vehicles and post cars for sale. Took everybody parking and public street. Happen between Krause and Fresno. I have reported this problem to city of Oakland and never resolved the problem. Tell me is it legal to auction cars and sale it on public street? And homeowners pay city tax to have a peaceful parking after of long day of work?

    Small dog is a nuisance to immediate neighbors. Owners always leave fence open so dog will aggressively run up, bark, and chase anyone walking by. It will run on the person's property barking until person goes into their house. It also goes after any dog it sees and barks throughout the night. I tried leaving a message for OAS but voicemail is full.

    3/30/20 at 2 am hit and run just past intersection of 67th Avenue on Bancroft. 1 car hit another that flipped and busted sidewalk as well as went through fence. Police told me to stay away and just gave case number. I am fixing my fence but, who is responsible for 2 large squares of sidewalk getting replaced?
