There are also cars parked on the grass with no tags most of the time too. They also cute down 3 oak trees in the front yard, I looked for a permit online & tried for a full year to ask the City of St. Pete arborist to look into it, no replies to this day, I followed up 1x a month. -

The water cannot move efficiently through this area and it's supposed to provide an outlet for the flood waters in our neighborhood.
