The alley between 37th and 38th Ave, between Locust St and Oak St is in desperate need of repaving. This has been reported for over two years now with nothing done. After reporting many times they came last year to 'blade the alley’ which did nothing. Instead they reconstructed two alleys directly next to us between 35th and 37th which were in better shape than ours. They were supposed to be back to rebuild ours but never did. There are very few pieces of the original pavement left and in turn we are left with a dirt and dust ridden path filled with weeds and potholes. This needs to be remedied immediately, before the rains start. The dirt and rocks runoff into the gutters and clog them and the drains, which causes flooding. I look directly across Locust street every day to our neighbors beautifully paved and well-draining alley and wonder how it is that we pay the same taxes and yet our alley is in complete shambles? Please be responsible to your residents St. Pete and fix this ongoing issue for us once and for all! I look forward to seeing you out here soon.
Significant street flooding every time it rains on Cherry St NE from 43rd Ave - 44th Ave. Standing water on the corner of Cherry St NE & 43rd for several weeks. Large pothole has recently opened up at that intersection.
There is a coyote that comes from the Masonic Home of Florida, crosses Oak St, lopes across my side and front yards, then either returns or disappears to the east. This has happened three times in the last month. Please remove the coyote.
the alley between 41AVE NORTH and 40th AVE NORTH (between maple street and walnut street-however i am addressing the end near maple street) is a muddy/water filled mess. people can not even get to the garbage can because the entire alley is covered with water and mud. people have slipped and fallen into this quagmire many times. water ponds for days after it rains and provides nesting for mosquitoes
When driving on 33rd Avenue North towards 1st Street North and trying to make a turn onto 1st Street North this house has a tremendous amount of vegetation blocking the view along the curb of cars coming North on 1st Street North. The tree from above is coming down blocking and they also have a bunch of shrubs growing right along the curb that block the View. This is not safe.
