Pinellas Park

This is a field that backs up to the dead end of 65th Street. It is fenced but has not been kept for a very long time. The growth is 4 to 5 foot deep. Mosquitoes, snakes, rats, & raccoons are taking over the neighborhood stemming from this property. I did report this the other day, but it seems the mapping tool put in the wrong address.

Front of house looks like a junk yard

The tenets won't mow yard. Back yard is well over 12 inches. They have quite a few dogs & they won't clean up the dog poop! There is a Horrific Smell! They Will Not clean their pool. The water is over 1/2 way down. It's green & black. We have so many rats & mosquitoes. We Need Your Help! PLEASE!

Grass is covering the sidewalk at several houses. Starting at 81st ave and 69th lane all the way up around the bend on 70th.
I try and let my grand baby try and ride his bike with training wheels and its impossible. And it looks horrible.

This property is in disrepair. Weeds are growing in the yard. A tree in the back yard is caving in the roof of the porch. There is a dead hedge on the north side of the property A rain gutter is hanging loose on the south side of the house. The garage is full of garbage.

they have a big truck that always there every month and it's either on grass or sometimes parked on side of road makes it hard to drive past

Back of property is cluttered with brush and other junk items such as large aluminium bricks stored wave runner, old tractor. An awning has also been attached to the residence without a permit. A large storage shed has been placed in the back yard and is being used as a living space. The owner is in process of installing/constructing the shed with electricity, air conditioner and installation on the inside. The yard hasn't been mowed all summer. The front yard is also consumed with junk.

Overgrown yard, weeds sticks. garbage, Seen multiply rats and snakes, Sidewalk always covered with sticks, leaves, etc. on going problem! Please have owners clean up and maintain!

recycle pickup was wed, its Friday, and cans still at curb here which is a constant occurrence between trash pickups

I am a local business owner in the vicinity of this location. There has been numerous trucks hauling, in and out, soil and debris from this site. It appears someone has set up some sort of dirt storage/reclamation business. The problem is that my property, vehicles and merchandise are getting covered in a layer of silt and dirt from this undeveloped property. This does not appear to be an operation that should be established in a industrial business complex, but rather in a rural area. I need someone to investigate this business and see if they are in compliance with the rules of the city. We cannot even have our bay doors open to enjoy the nice weather without getting choked. Please look into this before I am forced to attend a City Council meeting, which I prefer not to. Thank you.
