    Would like to request that the owner of 10480 Waters Road clean up the property facing Waters Road. Numerous homeowners throughout Waters Road use the sidewalk for walks and running in the area. This property has about 100 feet facing the main road. The property has trees, bushes, and debris along the sidewalk. I was going to clean up the area, but it appears to be part of private property.

    It would be safer for the neighbors to have a cleared sidewalk area. Thanks for your assistance.

    The residents are requesting that a Dead End Sign be installed at the entrance to the Avery Square community. They get a lot of traffic going in to turn around. They also would request some sort of signage due to the fact when the park is busy park goers will park on the street in the community.
