    I think someone is discharging water from their sump pump or something because there is always water at this location during non rain events. In addition it freezes during winter months, making turns at the intersection of londontowne and Havre de Grace very dangerous. Please stop this illicit discharge.

    People moved out of 1606 Cambridge Road and left a ton of junk on the curb for trash pickup. The trash and recycling people picked up what was in the bins, but they did not take the rest of the furniture and other junk left behind. Can the county bring someone to clear up the furniture and other junk the people left behind?

    I believe this park is nearly in violation of the ADA. This park has had a standing water issue for years and it inhibits full access to the park, especially for those with disabilities. The area of greatest need is the paved walkway behind the third base side dugout of baseball field #3. This flooded path is there year-round and on four occasions in 2 years, I've seen wheelchair bound citizens unable to bypass the flooded area.
