Cars keep coming and parking all times of the day and night to visit the people in this RV.

This building has been reported numerous times on this site about being used a fake business to repair computers and is instead doing human trafficking and a illegal homeless and squatters living facilities. Drug deals are being done all day.
This building continues to be illegally converted all the time. Work can be heard bring done at all hours of the day and night.
Cars with paper plates and garbage inside them are being parked on a city sidewalk and the time limits posted on city poles are not being enforced.
Businesses in the area have called the police numerous times because of the illegal activity and yet the building department and code enforcement do nothing, but let the sorounding community continue to suffer.
Maybe calling the local news media and let them see what is going on will force the city government to do something about this situation.

Public boat launch parking lot. These motor homes and the long, green bus have been in this area for quite some time. Recently, the green bus has been parking in the area overnight, and homeless activity has increased. The security team that patrols the parking area and locks the gate so no one can park here overnight has done nothing. Why? This is not a good look for our waterfront property.

There is a homeless encampment along Turner Parkway. Can something be done about this? The encampment is a major turnoff to businesses planning to invest in Vallejo and incoming potential homebuyers in the area. What the encampment attracts is blight, crime, drugs, and rodents. Thank you.

Packard Alley is becoming a vehicular homeless Encampment. loitering. trash. waste. This is blight in our neighborhood. It was a huge problem last summer and is now developing into the same repeated situation. This activity is detrimental to the safety, quality of life, and property values of we tax paying homeowners in the neighborhood. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY.

First they walk up to the white car. Then they walk up to the gold one. Then they leave.

Homeless have broken through city owned fence and set up a tent city and there is a lot of drug activity and prostitution also public urination and defecation . It all centers around a palm tree on city property . if the tree was to be removed they would have no shade and shelter and I believe they were just move on . I don’t believe in cutting trees down unless it’s for a greater good . In this case for the neighborhoods peace of mind !

Tenants of this apartment building allow trash to accumulate for months, & then they use a leaf blower to blow it all into the street. There are toxic cigarette butts, fast food trash, dirt & drug paraphernalia such as CO2 canisters used for huffing. Please do not tell me to call the police department. The property owner must be held accountable for these issues.

Tent camping @ Independence Park waterfront, south of restrooms, next to propellor. BBQ, carts etc.

Please remove these folks from the waterfront. We are sick of the trash, drug use, tents, tarps, and yelling/fighting. They have been here for months and have made this part of the waterfront their personal trash pit.
