resident and family and hired vendors are excavating land that does not belong to them. Per Southwest Florida Wetlands there needs to be written permission Chapter 40 D 4. There is no permit issued nor permission to excavate, dig, dredge, remove, or fill or tamper with native Florida plants along Plat G buffer area and is also trespassing/ encroaching on HOA property. This has been ongoing for months. Please investigate. thank you

Unpermitted Work / Remodel - This single family home has been turned into a 2 bedroom separate unit Airbnb. Right now there are two short term rental people there and there has been weekly turn over for the last month. The home completed with unlicensed contractors. They replaced the Plumping system, HVAC system, Walls, Windows, Proof, Pool, Backyard, Aluminum Patio.

House was just sold and they have done a complete demo and are now doing some major plumbing and electrical work through out house. I don't see any permits issued for this work

There is 11-12 foot white structure built/erected onto their side wall/ screened lanai, Building without a permit?

There are Pool/heat pumps, AC unit, and plantings within county easements, i.e', air conditioning units, cement slabs, pool equipment, Building or plantings for required landscape buffers shall not be permitted within any easement

Residents cut down a healthy tree without a permit in backyard as trimming, removal or planting of
trees and other vegetation without a permit found.
Residents feed their cat outside their yard and without a leash running at large.

Dogs and cats must remain within the
owner’s property, either fenced in or on
a leash per county code.

Shed partially built on property. Building permit says plans failed. Please have this owner remove this unsightly partially built shed that is a wind safety issue along with the other issues that the building department sited at this property (in August and September, 2021) and this shell of a not properly permitted shed is still there. Please address with this owner to have it removed or appropriately permitted. Can a building that fails permitting just sit there as a hazard?

HVAC change-out performed Nov/Dec 2021. Originally contracted Bowersox Air, but owner decided to proceed with unlicensed contractor.
