There dog is outside barking at all hours of the night!

White Buick sedan constantly pulling up blasting music to the point I can hear over my tv

Dog has been barking since 6:30AM, it's now almost 10AM and it's still barking. Tired of listening to it. That's all you can hear outside is the dog barking.

For months, the apartment unit directly above has continuously blared loud music between the hours of midnight and 4 in the morning without reason.

Dogs constantly barking and all 3 large dogs hop there backyard fence. They don't let them in when they bark and sometimes when the dogs get out, they roam the neighborhood for a bit.

The people in this house and their guests always tend to play loud music from their cars when it is nice out. the music is so loud that it shakes the houses on the street. The vehicles observed are a black dodge ram pick up truck that stays at the house or a guest in a larger white SUV. ..
