    Pothole repair needed at the driveway entrance to Building 8, Meadowbrook Co-op in front of 225-227-229-231 Centerbrook Road. The pothole continues to increase in size as drivers enter and exit the driveway, Is a hazard to the numerous walkers that use the sidewalks and cross the driveways on their daily walk and this will become a major hole once snow begins to fall and the plows begin to perform their snow clearing duties.

    The metal cap covering a water company(?) access hole in the middle of the street was knocked off today by a snowplow. There is now a hole about 8 inches in diameter and 5 or 10 feed deep in the middle of the road.

    Two things:

    I spoke with Joe Colello a while ago and showed him the fact that the street is not angled correctly, which results in all of the water running across the street onto the properties on my side (621 Gilbert). I know that paving is coming up, and hope this will be corrected.

    Also, on this top section of Gilbert Ave., we REALLY need some speed humps! People FLY through here, and there are kids and animals in the neighborhood.

    There are a series of potholes on Shepard Ave. from about Todd St to approximately West Shepard. There are also potholes on Todd (from Shepard to Whitney). It is a "mine field" of potholes for commuting cars to dodge every day.

    A utility access cap seems to be missing. this is very dangerous for people walking, pets walking and children. I'm not sure what utility it is ( gas?) but it should be fixed.

    I have 2 very large potholes in front of my driveway. Every year you come out and fix them. Is their anyway you maybe can fix a larger area form where they occur?
