Cliff in front of our house is sliding unsafe

I live at 111 210th Pl NE, Sammamish, WA 98074, and just around 1-2 months ago Netvision, a subcontractor for Comcast, did work to put a broadband internet cable under our street. It starts at a utility pole in my front yard, and goes under the street and then has a new round green access box on the other side of the street. I talked to them prior to the project, and they explained it was so that houses on the other side of the street could then be connected from that access point. It all made sense, I wasn't really worried about it.

However, taking a look now that they're done, I see that they put the access box in what seems like a really terrible location... directly at the lowest point of our street's stormwater drainage ditch. Not only will no one be able to open it when it's raining, but if the seal on the box ever fails, water will immediately get inside and potentially cause issues with the wiring or just general water infiltration problems under the street. My house is immediately downhill from there, and we've had various issues with erosion and water as our street has quite a significant slope across it, so I'm very worried about water issues with the location of this broadband box.

I have no idea why they didn't install it just a few feet farther uphill, out of the stormwater path. During a rainstorm the water here can be many inches deep, and would absolutely more than submerge the whole thing.

I'm wondering if this is a city code violation issue, and if Netvision needs to come back out to fix this and address the potential water concerns? Please see the attached picture showing the location of the new access hole that was dug under the water channel and the round green panel/box that was placed at the water level, at the bottom.

I realize the park across the street is technically outside Sammamish's jurisdiction but it is run by the police dept and likely Samm City engineers will be more prompt than unicorporated ones.
The path has washed out tremendously down below (mudslide) and an engineer should at minimum look to make sure the parking lot is structurally going to be okay above.
Just park near the north gate and look down and you will see.

Received call from resident. Pond ID 92222 is flooding onto her property. This is the third year this has happend. Resident would like to know if someone can come out to take a look.

Rainbow Ranch development area is having issues with beavers. The culvert under SE 44th St is not working correctly. The lake is flooded and island in middle is overrun. Can the City come and take a look at this and break down the beaver dams, now and in the future. Thank you.

I ran across this while cleaning up the area. This grate was (is) overgrown and against a bank which is allowing dirt to enter it. Water from the street was no longer entering this drain and is just running down the street. Just wondering if this is something you are interested in reviewing or cleaning etc.

In 2015 we had a serious drought and the water level in Pine Lake dropped significantly. I've been a volunteer monitor for Pine Lake since I moved here in 1992. After we became a city in 2000 I inquired about the number of houses on the lake that are grandfathered into being able to pimp lake water to water their lawns, etc. The ciy official was surprised - he'd never looked for the information before, but it was well over 30 properties. It would be a good idea, I think, to disallow this provision when a lakefront property is next sold.

Caller is concerned about drainage pipe and runoff on their property. Stormwater drains to and fills the ravine to the west of their house. It is causing concern for increased potential of a landslide. Would like someone to visit to discuss. Would prefer a phone call to coordinate a site visit.
