Many failed blocks in this segment to the condo driveway.

The city did a great job on the sidewalks on S. Winooski Ave. between Spruce and Howard on the West side. However, there is a small section in front of my house at 376 that seems to be the worst section on the entire block because it collects water due to a very irregular surface. I’m wondering if it’s too late in the season to try to resurface that small area to make it easier for pedestrians who walk the street. I’d appreciate if you at least take a look at it and make a determination. When it’s plowed and cleared the water than melts and pools there.

Requester reports sidewalk panel is raised 3" and is a tripping hazard.

Curb and sidewalk was torn up over two years ago to replace fire hydrant. Since there is no specific start date for the Champlain Pkwy, could you please fast track this for replacement.

Side walk at 31 Lafountain Street was broken and it is dangerous for walkers since past 5 years and no one seem care so as I citizen and tax payer requesting to repair it ASAP

Please compare this section of sidewalk in the urban core to 425 Willard's Sidewalk

This section of the sidewalk on the south side of Cliff Street is uneven, cracked, sunken and broken.

There is a thick large metal rusted plate on the sidewalk, which is a tripping hazard. It is no longer flat to the sidewalk, nor straight.

Unusually steep sidewalk section to road (may have been steps years ago, before handicap access changes). No street light in area. I experienced an extremely painful fall (landed flat on my back)on black ice on evening of 1/28/18 while walking my dog. Contacted police about it, as I was almost knocked unconscious, and slid into roadway. This is a heavily travelled sidewalk with UVM just up the hill. No sidewalk section should be this steep.

Sidewalk has heaved to point that we cannot drive prius into our driveway unless passengers get out. I have seen other sidewalks which seem to be shaved where two adjacent sqaures are not level. Can city take care of this or should I get sledgehammer out? This is going to puncture our oil pan.
