    The alleyway between 253 Pleasant Street and 258 Pleasant Street is filled with debris from the apartments at 258 Pleasant Street. The management company has cleaned it on occasion however we have been unable to reach them. It is clear that the debris is coming from 258 Pleasant Street as the windows open into the alley and the window screen lying there proves the point.
