There is a severe infestation issue at this home. (53 Elm Ave, Brockton) No tenants stays in this home due to this issue. Unsuspecting tenants keep renting only to leave in a short time span due to the infestation. This issue is starting to affect other neighbors. Mice can be seen running under the fence as the trash cans are always overflowing. This needs immediate attention. PLEASE!!

Rats

A large fireplace was built ( and is frequently used) INSIDE the rear porch of this house & the chimney is currently held up with cement blocks stacked in a perilous manner. Very concerning to neighbors re: safety issues. Please make sure there is a permit and it was safety inspected.

Every time a car goes over the manhole cover it makes a very loud and annoying noise. Living on busy street it happens all too often. Thank you.

There has been a trailer and a vehicle with flat tires sitting unmoved on the road. The vehicle is infront of a house it doesn’t belong to, and the trailer is obstructing our vision when trying to get out of our driveway.

This business, Little Discoveries Preschool, has a broken mailbox. The sign area has 2 signs, and there is trash and debris on the street and lot.
