    The dumpster at the rear of the building which is on White Ave. has an open enclosure and is surrounded by mattresses and other trash. This dumpster is in the children's play area. I have reported this same issue several times with no results. There is definitely the possibility of rodent infestation there. It seems that an organization which enjoys city services without paying would be a better role model for their members and neighbors.

    We still have wires hanging from the city post to the property. House needs repairs due to damages caused by the storm on 10/26. Wires need to be removed asap. They came by once and put up a yellow tape over it. Please remove.

    Pole 1 on Southworth St has 3 personal signs posted on it; at the intersection of Southworth St. and West Chestnut St. on the opposite end, there is a personal sign posted on the traffic island. I believe these are both ordinance violations but there is no selection offered in that category. These personal postings are 21'st century graffiti, not serving the citizens but the businesses they advertise.
