Multiple trucks with heavy equipment in process of erecting an enormous fireplace in this yard. Worrisome. Wondering if there are permits in place.

A large fireplace was built ( and is frequently used) INSIDE the rear porch of this house & the chimney is currently held up with cement blocks stacked in a perilous manner. Very concerning to neighbors re: safety issues. Please make sure there is a permit and it was safety inspected.

There’s an illegal two family dwelling in the back of the house. No permits pulled.

There’s electrical sparks inside this dwelling. Please check we have elderly folks children in bear by property.

Trailer parked for more than 8 months in residential area filled with tires. Why is this being allowed? Building dept. has been called 2 times..is this allowed in the City? I am posting this for numerous neighbors that are afraid to say anything but care about the neighborhood

Old telephone wires hanging from the street pole need to be removed.

There are multiple junk cars at this house, yard debris and unkempt yard, a boat in the front yard that has been parked there decaying for years, an RV with a tenant living in it the back yard and likely too many tenant in the house.

The large sign at the private parking lot opposite Defto's Liquors is a metal skeleton. ARTICLE XIV -SIGN CONTROL, SEC. 27-68, Maintenance and Repair "...every sign should be maintained.......the superintendent of buildings should require its removal." This only detracts from the neighborhood.

The intersection of N Pearl and Oak NEED to have the lane lines repainted. going east onto Oak is two lanes. The lines are worn away and people cant tell it is two lanes. Looks like one big lane now. I think repainting might cut back on some of the accidents and help motorist maneuver the intersection appropriately

There is a reddish colored wire approximately 10 feet long hanging from the main wires in front of 457 Howard Street. I'm not sure if it's an electrical, telephone, or cable wire. It's too high for a person to reach but it should be checked to ensure public safety.
