The mailbox has been hit twice in two storms...I have put it back on the post, which was split in half the first time it was hit this year, but it is in tough shape. The second hit split the mailbox mounting block, and badly damaged the mailbox door hinge. If the plow can swing 6" to a foot wide to avoid it, that would help....I will replace it in the Spring, but need it to make it through the winter. two boxes are on this post, mine, and the neighbor across the street. Thank you.

I nearly got hit by a ford Expedition that ran one stop sign and was nearing 60 mph when I made a left on to spruce st while riding my bicycle. this happens all the time. there are kids playing, dog, walkers, and a lot of bicyclist using the streets in pine acres this time of the year.

Welcome to Windsor sign is dirty, faded and looks dated. At a minimum it needs to be washed. Ideally replaced with something new.

Our neighbor had an accident with his work truck this past fall or longer. The wreckage has been in front of his garage since then. It should be in a garage according to our ordinance.
Their driveway is the first one and so in addition to it being an eyesore, overflow cars park in front of the property a lot and entering the street can be difficult at times.
