    Welch park has been so poorly maintained this entire spring baseball season. We are now into allstar season and for our first home game on 6/24 have weeds growing out of control and a field that hasn't been mowed in over a week. The league was told there wasn't any fertilizer in the budget for Welch park so they couldn't take care of it properly.

    Overgrown trees make turning from Marshall onto Poquonock Avenue dangerous as oncoming traffic cannot be seen. Daily there are many close calls. Please trim tose trees back so this danger is eliminated.
