City of Medford PLUS

My entire neighborhood and I would like these barriers removed. We were not consulted and it basically destroys 75% of journeys from Summer St/Walnut/Metcalf/Thomas/Emerson area if we cannot turn left here as there is no u turn allowed anywhere near by and we then have to drive much further than necessary to get anywhere. Please prioritize the taxpayers who live in this neighborhood and need to go places over the people from other towns using us as a cut through from the highway.

Is the road in front of Tufts pool going to be repaved?The city did an amazing job redesigning the intersection of Main Street and Medford but the road is a mess. As you are aware, there are many potholes and a broken drain/metal sticking out of the road .Hopefully it is on the schedule to be addressed at some point if not, it should be considered. Thank you.

After work was done plate was placed and the plate has since moved because people speed down Winchester

The button to activate the crosswalk doesn't work. The location is on the corner nearest to the church - corner of Harvard and Boston Avenue.

I just wanted to notify you that it looks like some of the recent road markings painted on Riverside Ave were done erroneously and ought to be corrected by the contractor.

Specifically, in the area in front of Panda Express/ Smashburger / Panera near the intersection of Riverside Ave and Fellsway, some of the painted yield triangles in the car travel lane meant to advise drivers to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk were installed upside down (like 🔺 instead of 🔻). Since they are to indicate a yielding action on basis of shape alone, the correct orientation is very important.

Please narrow this intersection. This is an extremely wide intersection for seemingly no reason which makes it take longer to cross for pedestrians and encourages higher speed turns by drivers. The space freed up by narrowing the intersection could be used for a pocket park/green space.

Missing cover on gas or water pipe

Nice grass to left, nice to right, but a rock and dirt filled low spot in between. This typical of national grid's Forest street project.

Please insist National Grid restore the easements they've been ruining on Forest street.

large potholes getting worse

The request is not for enforcement, it is to study the prevalence of speeding and make street scape changes to reduce it. Please add some more crosswalks while you are add it.
