    You have marked a new tree in a spot that has some sort of old utility access panel [under the dirt]. If you find you need to adjust the planting site, *please* adjust it toward Mass Ave and not toward the "Blind Driveway" sign; getting out of the culdesac is already dicey without an additional obstruction to visibility.
