    Please remove all lighting from Inman Square that don't follow the city lighting ordinances. From the city's website "A light fixture must be fully shielded and can be mounted up to 12’ above the surface to be illuminated. Examples of this site condition are light fixtures next to doorways, paths, outdoor stairs or open spaces that need a focused, brighter light. The maximum lumen limit for new and replacement light fixtures and light bulbs is 1,050 lumens." Th strings of lights in Inman Square are not shielded in anyway and emit a lot of light pollution some of which directly enters my apartment. These lights also are possibly hung above 12 feet and above 1050 lumens.

    Does the city have a policy for ticketing cars parked in the scarce EV charging spaces but not charging? The Tesla on the left in the picture was parked for quite some time without even connecting to the charger.

    Cars audibly scrape their front bumper on this bump all day and night. Even cars who moderate speed catch their bumper coming down off the raised area, particularly traveling from concord toward garden. The slope of the bump needs to be lessened/be made more gradual so that we in the area are not hearing crashing and scraping all day and night. At meeting prior to construction, this raised area was likened to ones on Sherman near Danehey. This one is much more a speed bump than just a raised crosswalk.

    Hi, as operator of the 148 Sidney St parking lot, I get alot of complaints by bikers/pedestrians that because there are no longer bollards blocking access to the bike path, vehicles use the bike path as an exit from the parking lot to access Erie St and Waverly St. Can the bollards be placed back to deter this?

    This tree is encroaching on our property at 21 Lambert St. We ask that the city send someoje to cut the branches that go over our fence line.
    The tree is the city's - not ours.
    It dumps all of its leaves into our yard and is causing property damage. This is a very windy street - and these branches fly off and wack my windows. It will eventually cause a significant issue.

    Please fix this asap.

    Come on. Are they so all busy messing up North Mass Ave that they cannot pay attention to their other duties?

    the large street tree in front of 55-57 Clifton has a very large wasp nest up at the top. can it be removed before it is reoccupied in the spring? I have not seen any wasp activity since the weather got cold.

    Why is traffic enforcement ticketing vehicles parked at bus stops. Just watched two elderly men have a very hard time getting on bus cause they had to walk into street to get on bus. While the meter maid just stood there and walked away without writing a citation.

    I live in an apartment on Otis Street, and there are no public trash cans to throw out my dog's waste. I would like to keep this area clean and pick up after my dog, but will need some nearby trash cans in order to facilitate that. Thank you!
