    The entire west side of McQueen road from the rail road tracks to nearly Guadalupe is full of weeds and debris. It appears to mostly be the boundary of the El Dorado Lakes Community and McQueen. It appears this area is not being maintained by anyone and over the last few months it is totally out of control.

    Hello-a water drainage system by Germann and Val Vista has an open hole. The cover is off the hole and was on the street. It blew out my car tire. I am requesting the city to fix the issue and reimburse me for the damages to my car. The incident occured arround 6:30 pm tonight, Nov 13. I have more pictues and video of the damages.

    We have a dead tree behind the view fence and on the gravel wall in front of the water tank. Our address is 4573 S. Ranger Trail, Gilbert, AZ 85297. We feel it is a fire hazard, just one ember would cause a fire on the tree. The Power Ranch Association claims that the tree belongs to the city of Gilbert and not the Association. We would like the city to address this dead tree.
