We've lost two trees in the treeline on Mound. The first was removed when it got hit by a car, the second recently died. Could we please get both trees replaced?

Unattached tree branch is hanging down where vehicles frequently park and could easily bow down and damage parked vehicles.

This city tree on tree lawn has not been pruned since we moved in 8 years ago. Should the city be pruning this? If not, can we? I thought I read somewhere that a company would charge us extra ticket a permit from the city. Thanks!
