Noticed a drain clogged w leaves

sewer cover is completely open

storm drains on north side of Broad St at Cassingham are caked with leaves

The storm sewer top is completely off, and there are no cones or flags alerting people. This will be a serious hazard in the dark.

There was a hole dug in our front yard a few weeks ago without our knowledge…it was packed with dirt…the dirt has caved in and there’s just a huge hole in our front yard now. Don’t know if they were doing inspections on storm drain or what but we need this fixed please. I’m not sure if this is the right issue to choose or not, but we just need someone to come fix it.
