STILL NO HEAVY TRASH SERVICE!!!!!

Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Case# 101004667140 was filed on 5/5/21 regarding missed heavy trash service. Multiple other cases were reported indicated that COH had not provided service to ENTIRE Rice Military area. On 5/14/21 COH closed this case stating that the area would be serviced late . IT IS NOW 5/27/21 and service STILL has not been provided and tree waste is piled throughout the area. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. DO YOUR JOB AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES WE PAY FOR!!!!! I doubt COH would extend the same patience to me if I decided not to pay my utilities bill for the month.
