It has NOT been cleaned up. There is a large amount of debris in the back yard and weeds and vines are growing over the fence into the neighboring properties. I mowed half of the front lawn just to keep the overgrowth away. Someone came and mowed the other half, but did not cut down the vines that are blocking the stairs and growing up the sides of the house. Did anyone even go into the back yard? This owner is a piece of work.

The address is actually 401 I believe, not 399.
