All along Commercial Street, between rte. 16 and Riverside Ave. there is trash on the side of the road, mostly hand size items and smaller, but also what appears to be a cracked porcelain bathroom fixture and a large section of used shag carpet.
This is the road that runs behind Ocean State Job Lot.
