Concrete plant blasting horn outside of work noise hours. Aren't work noise hours 7 am to 7 pm?
The plant has what sounds like trucks that show up and blast their horns. They have started doing this at times starting at 6:15-6:30 am and can go on past 8 pm. Last summer some nights this would go on past 10 pm. Can the city remind them of the noise ordinance?
If I'm mistaken, I'd appreciate knowing that. Thanks.

The noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Construction can continue between the hours of 7:00 AM until 8:30 PM.
This issue is being referred to the Police Department. When they have responded, an update will be posted.
