问 Please provide a description of the issue being reported
答 National Grid performed work on Governors Ave (water line, I think) a couple of years ago. The medians are now a disgrace. Sprinkler systems were put in (not connected?) and no grass seed was ever put down. So, now all medians on Governors Ave near Sampson Rd are just dirt and rocks.
