Deskripsyon
Orange utility cones are being used in front and around the housing on 4th Avenue near 12th Street. These are the properties across from a large parking structure and next to an empty lot. Many times these cones are used to create a buffer around the parked cars which requires the cones to sit the the traffic lane.
