Description

I was notified of a neighbor that a teenaged male, wearing a baseball cap possibly of hispanic background was walking around in backyards in the Nicoll St. area in the morning. He before a good description could be made. Likely time off from school + Thanksgiving holiday makes for possible opportunity for break-ins. Neighbors be vigilant and call law enforcement if you suspect suspicious persons might be staking a property out!
