Please replace the blue recycling bins with a big belly rat-proof recycling container in our parks.
People dump trash all the time in it, and food for rats accumulates under the blue frame. There are tons of rats in the neighborhood right now, and residents need the DPW’s help to clean the parks more regularly, and update to rodent proof receptacles at both Clement Morgan AND the tot lot across at 30 Pine St. Thank you!
