Caution! Beware a caller who tries to tell you that someone is taking legal action against you. The caller then starts asking for personal details. As soon as I clued on to this scam (legal action doesn't work in this way) I simply told the caller "No Go" (kinda thang) . Please don't get taken in if it happens to you.
